New workouts, trainers and more coming to Apple Fitness +
A major addition are new workouts aimed at pregnancy and older adults, as well as new beginner workouts in yoga, HIIT, and strength.
Workouts for Pregnancy consists of 10 mindfulness strength, core, and cooldown workouts. Each of the 10-minute options offers tips for modifying workouts due to body changes.
Workouts for older adults focus on strength, flexibility, balance, coordination, and mobility and also show modifications if needed.
Another feature of Apple Fitness +, Time to Walk, will add a new episode with Jane Fonda on the same day. In honor of Earth Day, she will talk about taking action to tackle climate change.
Apple Fitness + costs $ 9.99 per month. A three-month free trial is available for anyone who purchases a new Apple Watch Series 3 or later. Existing Apple Watch users can take advantage of a one-month free trial.
