If you live in these two regions, you can play Apex Legends Mobile

The Apex captions The closed beta for mobile appears to be underway and you may be able to access it. This is if you live in one of the two selected regions.

While EA is planning to expand the Apex Legends Mobile Closed Beta to more regions over time, it’s starting small. Like most studios do with early access to a game. Diablo ImmortaL from Blizzard is a good example. Having recently entered his alpha closed just over a week ago and restricting access to Australia.

These little tests are a way for developers to get the feedback they need for future development. But in a way that’s more manageable than if the beta were available to a much larger pool of players. At some point EA will be looking for comments of this size, but now is not the time.

Apex Legends Mobile Closed Beta opens in Philippines and India

Currently, if you want to access the game, you will need to live in the Philippines or India. If you live in either of these two regions, you should be able to install the game from Google Play as long as you pre-register. If you haven’t pre-registered, this should also open the game installation for you.

Keep in mind that this may not happen immediately and may take a little while. Once the game is downloaded, simply log in and play. That’s all we can say about it. It should be noted that the game will still need a compatible device to run it. It is not known which Android devices are compatible and which are not.

And the beta could end up being full, which would also prevent some users from installing the game.

Unlicensed players are banned

As with most Android games, Apex Legends Mobile could be installed using the apk file. If you were able to find it. But enthusiastic players should proceed with caution. According to reports from players who downloaded the game from outside of the Play Store, they are being banned.

According to a player on Twitter, they were banned for up to two days for having an unlicensed version of the game. That is, one that was not installed directly from Google Play.

So although you might be tempted to grab the apk somewhere, be aware that EA will most likely find out and ban the account used to connect. As it seems to have a team of developers dedicated to this particular task.
